Dr. Muhammad Noor

Muhammad Noor Kakar was born in Margha Kibzai district Zhob. He completed his matriculation from BRC Loralai in 2006 and intermediate from Shakir SHS Muzaffargarh in 2008. He earned a BE in Civil Engineering from BUET Khuzdar in 2013. He received an HEC scholarship to pursue postgraduate studies at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, where he completed his Master’s and PhD in Civil Engineering in 2017 and 2020, respectively. During his PhD, he was honored with the Best Student Award.

Currently, Dr. Noor teaches Engineering Hydrology, Hydraulics & Irrigation Engineering and Environmental Engineering at the undergraduate level. He also teaches Design of Hydraulic Structures and Environmental Impact Assessment at the postgraduate level. He is actively engaged in research and academic development in civil and environmental engineering.
