Dr. Shabbar earned his PhD in Advanced Fuzzy Logic from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom in 2014 and Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi in the years 2001 and 2006 respectively. His first job was as a lecturer in Computer Science in Mehran Degree College Karachi where he served from January 2002 to July 2005. He was responsible for delivering lectures in the subjects of Information Technology and C-programming to ICS and Bachelor degree students as well as managing the Local Area Network (LAN) of the college.
