Supply & Installation of Machinery, Laboratory Equipment and Materials

TENDER NOTICE

Balochistan University of Engineering & Technology, Khuzdar (BUETK) Project titled “Establishment of Four new departments in BUET, Khuzdar” intend to invite bids from Original Manufacturer’s / Suppliers having valid GST & NTN, registered with Taxation Department (as active tax payers) for the following:

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Tender documents, containing detail of Terms & Conditions can be obtained from the DG Planning & Works office, BUET Khuzdar, against the payment of Rs. 2500/- for each package (Non-refundable), through pay order in the name of “Treasurer, Balochistan University of Engineering & Technology-Khuzdar.
2. The Procurement of Items will be carried out in accordance with PPRA and PEC rules.
3. Sealed envelopes must clearly state the Tender title. ‘Single stage-two envelope’ (Technical & Financial) procedure will be applied. Please note that the proposals must be submitted in separate envelops, labelled each as Technical and Financial. Envelops submitted out of procedure will not be accepted.
4. The Financial proposal must contain 2% Earnest money (CDR/DD) in favor of DG Planning & Works, Balochistan University of Engineering and Technology Khuzdar.
5. A certificate / affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted, shall be attached with the documents.
6. As above-mentioned deadline, the tender should reach DG Planning & Works Office on or before 07-04-2021 (Wednesday) 12:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM noon, in the conference room, Administration block, BUET Khuzdar in the presence of the contractors or their representatives.
7. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids, as per PPRA rules.
